Government Recognition to Responsible Care

• The Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) recognizes Responsible Care
• As per the GPCB circular those companies are RC Logo holders, the consent application will be treated on a fast track basis and RC Logo Holding Companies enjoy 2 years additional Consent to Operate (CTO).
• National Policy on Safety, Health, and Environment at Work Place by Government of India Ministry of Labour and Employment, published in 2009. Recognized Responsible Care as one of the domestic standards for compliance.
