Mrs. Ramya Bharathram

Ms. Ramya Bharathram is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd. With a strong background in Law and Finance, she began her career at the esteemed law firm Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan in New Delhi, specializing in International Trade Law and Trade Remedies. She then gained further expertise with Deloitte & Touche in their Audit and Assurance division.

In her current role, she leads strategy, projects and corporate policy, driving the company's future growth initiatives and managing it's finance and funding activities.

In addition to her professional achievements, she is a trustee on the boards of Akshaya Vidya Trust, an educational foundation, and Thirumalai Charity Trust, a health and rural development organization, both of which receive active support from her family and their businesses.

Current Role: Mr. Dhobley has garnered experience in various facets of the Speciality Material, Polymer and Chemical industry across multiple domains in P&L, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and spearheading greenfield projects.

Past Leadership: In his career of over 30 years, he has worked in Greaves Cotton & Co Ltd, Amcor, and DSM.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering specializing in Polymer Technology, from MIT, Pune.

Professional Honors: Deep understanding of the Asia Pacific chemical industry and market dynamics, allowing him to bring unique insights and strategies from two decades he spent working in China and Singapore.

Mr. Rajen K. Mariwala
Managing Director,

Mr. Rajendra Mariwala has done his undergraduate in A. C. College of Technology, Chennai and his Master's in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, USA. He is currently the Managing Director of Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited, a leading exporter of specialty chemicals. Under his leadership the Company started manufacturing of aroma chemical for fragrance industry in 1993 and over a period of time the Company has established itself as one of the largest aroma chemical players in the world with a manufacturing footprint in India & UK. Recently, the Company has diversified into Cosmetics Ingredients Segment by acquiring Sharon Personal Care Limited a company headquartered in Tel -Aviv, Israel and Italy.

Mr. Rajen Mariwala has been the Past President of Indian Chemical Council. He brings with him a rich experience of over 30 years in fragrances and 18 years in leading a competitive business in specialty chemicals. He is on the Boards of Marico Limited, Kaya Limited and Westlife Foodworld Limited.

Mr. Bimal L. Goculdas

Mr. Bimal Goculdas is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at DMCC Speciality Chemicals Limited (Formerly known as "The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Limited")

Mr. Goculdas is a technocrat with entrepreneurial spirit having deep expertise in sulphur and boron chemistry. He has been associated with DMCC for over two decades and has played a pivotal role in transforming the organisation and propelling business growth. His extensive experience pans across functions such as turnaround strategy, Business Development, Finance and Supply Chain Management. He created the business of value added sulfuric acid downstream chemicals for a wide range of end uses including polymers, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and coatings.

Prior to joining DMCC Speciality Chemicals Limited, Mr. Goculdas worked with companies such as Western Sugar (Colorado, USA)and Borax Morarji Ltd.

An ardent believer of sustainable development, he has steered DMCC towards zero liquid discharge operations and amongst the lowest carbon footprints in the Indian chemical industry.

He holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Wyoming, United States and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

He is also the Director at Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd and has been the Past President of Indian Chemical Council (ICC). He has also been appointed as the member of the Trustees of the Corbett Foundation.

Mr. Ravi Goenka

Mr. Ravi Goenka is a Chemical Engineer and the Founder of Laxmi Organic Industries Limited, having a rich experience of more than 30 years of establishing in the chemicals and paper industries, 16 years of experience in the education industry, and 21 years in the power industry. He is presently the Executive Chairman of Laxmi Organic Industries Limited, a company which is one of the established manufacturers of Acetyl's and Speciality Chemicals in India.

An entrepreneur par excellence and very well networked in the industry, Mr. Goenka spearheads the organisation on different fronts and plays an important role in development of global relationships, mergers and acquisitions, etc. He is also a notable social worker and under his visionary leadership Laxmi has grown manifold.

Mr. Goenka is a Director on the board of International Knowledge Park Private Limited which established Ecole Mondiale World School and Russell Square International College. He was also the ex-trustee of Mumbai Port Trust and Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust. He has been the Past President of Indian Chemical Council.
