Awareness Program on CWC and SCOMET Regulations

Indian Chemical Council (ICC) and National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention jointly organized and conducted an Awareness Programme on Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) on the 13th of June 2017 at Hotel Lords Plaza, Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The programme was attended by more than 50 participants.

The programme was titled as "COMMEMORATING THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF OPCW: AWARENESS PROGRAM ON CWC AND SCOMET REGULATIONS FOR THE PREVENTION OF THE RE-EMERGENCE OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS". The main objective of conducting the programme was to create an awareness and understanding of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) and to share the details of the recent updates on the SCOMET regulations.
