Role Description The Officer – Coordination is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves coordinating meetings, events, and industry programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with member organizations and stakeholders. The officer will prepare and maintain documentation such as reports, minutes, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Daily responsibilities include managing internal and external communications, supporting committees and working groups, and maintaining accurate records and databases. The role also includes preparing representations to the government, industry representatives, and partners as needed, while supporting senior leadership in executing ICC’s initiatives and activities.
