Readers are aware that ICC Awards are held in high esteem and well recognized by the Indian industry. The performance of the Indian chemical industry in the various categories has been improving continuously from year to year and therefore the Council expects large number of nominations from the industry for ICC Awards for the year 2012 also.
Nominations are invited for the following ICC Awards for the year 2012:
GENERAL CATEGORY:
CATEGORY - I : Companies having Annual Sales Revenue above Rs.500 crores:
CATEGORY - II : Companies having Annual Sales Revenue below Rs.500 crores:
Kindly note that Nomination Form for the ICC ADITYA BIRLA AWARD FOR BESTRESPONSIBLE CARE COMMITTED COMPANY and for CERTIFICATE OF MERIT for Best Compliant Company for the Codes under RESPONSIBLE CARE will be invited separately. Please await for the announcement.
Participation is open to any industrial unit engaged in operation of Refinery; Petrochemicals; Fertilizers; Inorganic & Organic chemicals; Speciality chemicals; Pharma / Biotech; Agrochemicals; Man-made Fibres; Soaps & Detergents; Paints & Pigments; Dyes & Dye Intermediates, both in Public and Private Sector.

The nomination, clearly mentioning the category under which nomination is sent, together with enclosures thereto, if any, should be submitted in fifteen copies (15) for the purpose of circulation amongst the members of the Selection Committee. The nomination can also be sent in soft copies (CDs).
Applicants are expected to give relevant information as per the requirement prescribed only. Sketchy information will result into disqualification which may please be noted.
Nominations should be sent strictly in the prescribed format as per rules & regulations governing ICC Awards. Further also send 3-page covering note highlighting achievements of the company for which company has sent nomination/s.
THE LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF NOMINATIONS IN THE COUNCIL'S OFFICE IN MUMBAI IS TUESDAY, 20 APRIL 2013.
Participants may also furnish, by way of additional information, photographs, samples, literature, etc. if so desired, in support of their Nominations.
Nominations, complete in all respects, should be sent to INDIAN CHEMICAL COUNCIL,Sir Vithaldas Chambers, 16 Mumbai Samachar Marg, Mumbai - 400 001 along with a Cheque for Rs. 11,236/- (inclusive of 12.36% Service Tax) for each nomination, towards entrance fee, drawn in favour of "INDIAN CHEMICAL COUNCIL" payable at Mumbai.
