Change of processes and plant layout is imperative to meet customer expectations. In addition, performance strongly depends on the design and application of the processes. Design, operational, and technical integrity must all be managed effectively to control costs whilst providing a clear line of sight for leadership to manage risks. Organizations need to clearly understand and manage all the risks involved in its operations, and hence boundaries of safe and effective operations.
Indian Chemical Council (ICC) in collaboration with DNV.GL Business Assurance will be organising a series of capability development programs focusing on operations integrity primarily for mid-level engineers & managers to senior level management & leadership. These are 1 month programs with weekly workshops with the intent of increasing the competency of the Asset operators. The courses are developed keeping implementation in mind.
Course Schedule and dates:
Each module will be a 1-month program consisting of 4 weekly sessions, 3 hours each.
Workshops will be centered on case studies and simulations. An online evaluation will be conducted at the end of the fourth week.
The programs will emphasize on implementation techniques to overcome the typical organizational challenges and hurdles faced by operators.
