Members are aware that recently ICC announced the prestigious Annual Awards for Excellence in Performance in Various Categories for the year 2020.

The Council has invited representatives of the Award Winning companies to participate in the  12th Annual Seminar on "RECOGNIZING EXCELLENCE OF PERFORMANCE IN VARIOUS FACETS OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRY” and highlight the various initiatives they have taken in respect of their achievements which prompted ICC to confer on them the Awards / Certificates of Merit. Due to the COVID–19 pandemic situation, this year also, ICC will be organizing the Seminar Virtually from 9.30 a.m. onwards. During the Seminar, representatives of Award winning Companies will share their experiences which will be of a great learning experience for the delegates who will be attending the Seminar.

Mr. Sudhir R. Deo, Member - ICC Awards Selection Committee & Chairman, Technology & Energy Expert Committee & Managing Director, NOCIL Ltd will deliver the Welcome Address and Prof. A. B. Pandit, Vice Chancellor, Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) will deliver a Key Note Address. Shri Samir Kumar Biswas, IAS, Additional Secretary, DCPC has kindly agreed to be the Chief Guestfor the Seminar.

PROGRAM:

It will be noticed from the program that experts from different Award Winning Companies will participate and make presentations on different areas covering Development of Indigenous Technology, Process Design, Management of Health & Safety, Management of Environment, Energy Conservation & Management, Human Resource Management in Chemical Industry, Responsible Care, Nicer Globe etc.

REGISTRATION FEES:

To defray the expenses, the registration fees will be as follows:

• ICC Members : Rs. 5,900/- per delegate (Rs. 5,000/- plus 18% GST)
• Non Members : Rs. 7,080/- per delegate (Rs. 6,000/- plus 18% GST)

The Annual Awards Presentation Function of ICC will also be held on 24 September 2021 from 6.00 p.m. onwards virtually. All the delegates attending the Seminar are invited to join the function.

Mandaviya, Hon’ble Minister for Health & Family Welfare and Hon’ble Minister for Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India and Dr. Martin Brudermüller, President, ICCA & Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of BASF SE to grace the evening Awards Presentation Function. We have also invited Shri Yogendra Tripathi, IAS, Secretary (Chemicals & Petrochemicals), Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India to be the Guest of Honour.
