THE NOMINATION TOGETHER WITH ENCLOSURES THERETO, IF ANY, SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN EIGHT COPIES (8) FOR THE PURPOSE OF CIRCULATION AMONGST THE MEMBERS OF THE SCRUTINIZING COMMITTEE.

Participants may also furnish, by way of additional information, photographs, samples, literatures, etc. if so desired, in support of their Nomination.

Award Scrutinizing Committee may at its discretion nominate its representative to visit the manufacturing sites of the Company and interact with the officials of the Company.

For the benefit of the members, guidelines on Responsible Care are also available on ICC Website - www.indianchemicalcouncil.com Interested members may download these guidelines which will help them in filling the form.

Nomination, complete in all respects, should reach in ICC office at SIR VITHALDAS CHAMBERS, 16 MUMBAI SAMACHAR MARG, MUMBAI - 400 001 on or before SATURDAY, 25 JULY 2009, along with a cheque for Rs. 10,000 towards entrance fee for I.C.C. ADITYA BIRLA AWARD FOR BEST RESPONSIBLE CARE COMMITTED COMPANY and Rs. 2,000 per code towards entrance fee for I.C.C. Certificate of Merit for Best Compliant Company for the Codes under Responsible Care, drawn in favour of "INDIAN CHEMICAL COUNCIL" payable at Mumbai.
